Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To keep classes fair and available for our community, MZ Lagree has a 12-hour cancellation policy.

Class Cancellations

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are considered a late cancellation.

For class packs and limited memberships, the class credit will be forfeited and treated as used.

For Unlimited Memberships, a late cancellation fee may be charged to the payment method on file.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a reserved class and have not cancelled within the required window, your booking will be considered a no-show.

For class packs and limited memberships, the class credit will be forfeited and treated as used. Unlimited Members may be charged a no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. For the safety of everyone in the studio and to avoid disrupting class, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once class has begun. If you are unable to participate due to late arrival, the booking may be treated as a missed class.

Memberships

All MZ Lagree memberships have an initial 3-month commitment and are non-refundable.

After the initial 3-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.

Following the initial commitment period, memberships can be cancelled by providing at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled renewal. Cancellation requests can be made by email at hello@mzlagree.ca, by phone, or in person at the studio.

If the required notice is not received before the 7-day deadline, the upcoming membership payment may be processed and the cancellation will take effect for the following renewal period.

Class Packs

All class packs expire 3 months from activation. Any unused classes remaining at the end of the 3-month period will expire and cannot be carried forward.

Studio Cancellations

If MZ Lagree cancels a class, your applicable class credit will be returned to your account and no late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
